Originally developed for sale at Disney's California Adventure and the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, this progression set of three Goofy collector's pins, one in a limited edition of 2,001 numbered sets pays tribute to the rough animation drawing style that is the starting point for all animated films. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a pin depicting the Disney Animation building at Disney's California Adventure, this unframed pin set is mounted on a card that depicts Goofy in reproductions of original animation drawings and features a quote from Walt Disney.

It was originally exclusively sold at Off the Page at Disney's California Adventure. Individual pins are (#38052), (#38053), (#38054) and (#38057). Unsold sets were apparently made available through Disney Auctions.
