UNCLE SCROOGE COLLECTOR'S INTERNATIONAL (USCI) was a fan club formed by a group of Scrooge Collectors. Carl Barks drew the logo - as Scrooge oriented without conflicting with Disney trademark issues. This is NOT a Disney Pin. Only a few different pins were created and they were very limited release to Club members only. The designs of the pins were the same only the color of the bottom scroll was changed. The bottom of the pin has the words Uncle Scrooge Collectors International. Pin is approximately 1 1/4 tall.
