It features Donald's nephews (Huey, Dewey and Louie) surrounding a backpack, one is sitting on a file cabinet, another one is in front of a fire extingisher.

 

Think this hidden mickey is in the naked mole rat research lab - going on the little pink guys at the bottom. There is a hidden mickey is on the left side of the backpack.
