This "16th Anniversary Tokyo Disneyland" pin features Donald Duck jumping. Red star outlined in gold on top of a blue cloud background. This pin was given to guests with a paid admission ticket on April/15/1999 (one day only). April 15th is TDL's opening day. TDL presented a special pin to guests at main entrance of TDL. In Japan, this pin is called "Wacky Donald".
