This pin features Lumiere, the candlestick from the movie "Beauty and the Beast". A singing Lumiere is holding an unlit match as a cane and tipping his blue hat, doing his best to look like Maurice Chevalier.
Similar to PP5425, except that that pin was produced by Pro Pins, and this one was not.
This pin measures about 1-1/8 inch (30mm).
