This is a hand-painted, wood-like pin with clasp-back from 1938 showing Dopey. It was produced for Disney by Schroco and is marked on the back "© 1938 Disney Ent."
As with any hand-painted vintage pins, there will be slight variations in color and detail, due to human interaction with the pin.
