Comes on a black t-shirt that is beautifully embroidered with the same Cinderella 50th Anniversary Celebration Disneyland logo (identical to the pin). However, the t-shirt also has the date: February 12, 2000. This was an event held to not only celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the release date of Cinderella, but to coincide with Valentine's Day.
It was a very interesting event semi-formal, black tie optional, with a marvelous sit-down meal. The event cost $125 per person and was held at the Disneyand Hotel in the Grand Ballroom. The event's official title was "CINDERELLA'S ROYAL 50th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION" and was held from 6:30 (reception) until Midnight (conclusion.) THE ACTUAL EDITION SIZE (according to the order form) IS 300, NOT 500.
