This pin released at Walt Disney World Resorts commemorates Mickey's 75th Birthday. It features an old fashioned Mickey playing a the teeth of a cow Xylophone from Steamboat Willie. The bottom of the pin reads 75 Years With Mickey.
This, along with five other pins, are apparently available to resort guests. You receive a certificate from your resort to redeem for the pin. (unsure of cost or redemption locations.)
