Created to commemorate the annual Food and Wine Festival at Epcot.

It is round with a white background and is designed to look like a dinner plate. The word "EPCOT" is written as different types of foods, and below that is written "Epcot International food and wine festival / October 23 - November 21, 1999". This was originally sold on a card that looked like a placemat. Each is numbered on the back. Pin measures 1-1/2 inch diameter.
