This pin is awarded seasonally to WDW Cast Members for Excellence in Pin Trading.
The Spring 2003 pin looks just like the previous WDW Cast Pin Trading Award versions (#26528) and (#29031).
This pin comes on a yellow card with stars rising upward. The top of the card reads "CAST PIN TRADING AWARD". The bottom of the card reads "SPRING 2003" and (c) Disney in the bottom right corner. The back of the card reads "AWARDED FOR EXCELLENCE IN PIN TRADING AT WALT DISNEY WORLD"
The pin features Mickey Mouse wearing a crown, holding some pins and sitting in a gold trophy that reads "CHAMPION" but you can only view the first few letters because Mickey's feet are covering the rest. The outside circle of the pin is yellow and has a green inner circle and banner. The top of the pin reads "CHAMPION PIN TRADER", the bottom of the pin reads "WALT DISNEY WORLD."
The pin measures 1 3/8" (36 mm) wide by 1 5/8" (42 mm) tall.
