This dangle pin appears to be released to celebrate the 100th Year Anniversary of the National Wildlife Refuges through the Animal Kingdom. The top part of the pin has Jiminy Cricket, from Pinocchio, tipping his hat to the celebration.
The main part of the pin reads Disney Wildlife Conservation Fund, Walt Disney World. The dangle portion of the pin reads Salutes A Century of Conservation, National Wildlife Refuges, 1903-2003.
The design of the pin is similar to #21565 but that one doesn't have a dangle.
It was given to some Cast Member (exclusive) at the AK with their paychecks.
