This pin that was given out at this year's VoluntEars Special Luncheon held at the Disney Studios in Burbank CA on April 4th 2003. Each VoluntEars was sent an invitation with a card that could be redeemed for this pin. One pin per VoluntEars, it could not be bought

 

It is a rectangle pin with Mickey's hand in the middle with a heart outline in his palm and reads Disney Hand Worldwide Outreach for the Walt Disney Company. Comes with a backer card.
