PP21357    DA - Disneyland Alphabet Pin Set (C - Cleo) Prototype

Front Description

"C" is for Cleo, the goldfish from Walt Disney's animated classic "Pinocchio," featured on this set of three pre-production samples from a series of alphabet-themed collector's pins developed exclusively for sale at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.

Included in this lot are a black-metal first sample dated July 26, 2001, plus one black-metal and one gold-finished second sample, each dated August 22, 2001, and reflecting changes in the color of the pin. Because these pins represent various stages in the pre-production process, each differs somewhat from the final production version.
