This is the released version of pin #21332. It is identical to Pin 21332 but with NO glitter wings. The pin shows Tinker Bell flying (looks like she's diving). She has a dangle from her wrists that reads "Pixie Power."

 

This is the actual pin that was released. The picture of the pin showing the glitter wings is from the Official Disney Pin Trading Website and is most likely a picture of a pre-production proof of the pin that was released.
