Originally released in late 1999, this is one of nine MINI pins released for the 2000 Millennium Celebration at WDW. This pin was listed in "The Walt Disney World Resort Pin Catalog" (published by Disney in 1999 for the 2000 Millennium Celebration).

 

 This pin features TIGGER facing right with his right paw raised up a bit.
