This limited edition pin released at Disneyland Resort commemorates the Cast Blast Event. Also sold at the Team Centers. It was given to Exhibitors. It features a Mickey head outline with the old style Disneyland Sign that has colorful flags and reads Cast Blast The Happiest Place on Earth April 15-16, 2003.
Cast Blast is an annual convention-type event where Walt Disney Company departments such as merchandising, Imagineering, Security, Disney Commuter Network, Disney Ebay Auctions, Walt Disney Video, the Disney Channel and more are all represented and have booths. Usually, high-level Disneyland Park officials speak and lecture on future Disneyland Resort events and expansion. Cast members are urged to attend this event to learn more about the Resort and the Walt Disney company in general.

The pin measures 1 1/2" tall by 1 5/16" wide.
