This pin is from an AAU -Amateur Athletic Union (which hold lots of sporting events at Disney's Wide World of Sports each year including volleyball, basketball, and hockey) USA National Championship event held at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex.

 

This particular pin in an Artist Proof, so I am not sure if it was ever for sale. A similar LE 500 pin that was available for purchase in 2002 was #12676.
