This limited edition pin released at Pin Central at Epcot at WDW to celebrate Easter is one of a series of Easter Parade of Pins 2003.
Donald is featured here wearing what looks like Big Bird's outfit from Sesame Street while carrying a basket full of eggs, of course he doesn't look too happy. The bottom of the pin has a white banner that reads Happy Easter 2003 with the logo of the particular park, in this case, Spaceship Earth for Epcot.
