This limited edition pin released at the Caribbean Beach Resort at WDW to celebrate Easter is one of a series of Easter Parade of Pins 2003.

 

Pluto is featured here covered with bows and flowers wearing an Easter bonnet and carrying a basket full of eggs while 3 chicks try to walk through his legs. The bottom of the pin has a white banner that reads Happy Easter 2003 with the logo of the particular park or resort, in this case, Mickey's Head for the Resorts.
