This four-pin TAKING CARE OF CATS Framed Set was available at the Japan Disney Store that's right next to Tokyo Disneyland.
There are four pins: Mickey, Minnie, two kittens on a fire engine, and one kitten blowing a trumpet. The printed background features lots of kittens, all over the house (e.g., on the piano, the record player, in a basket), while Pluto, Mickey, and Minnie look on. The framed set also comes with a matching easel for display.
