Oval Pin with Cinderella's castle. The words "Magic Kingdom" at the top and "Fantasy" at the bottom. This pin is given to MK cast members who attend the "Enhancing the Magic" class.

"The CM "Fantasy" pin below is one of a "series" of pins called "Brand Essence" pins given out in paychecks. This pin is the Brand Essence pin for the Magic Kingdom park. In 1996 Magic Kingdom and Disney-MGM parks made them for the "Brand Essence" for each park. Epcot did not budget for them so they were not made. The Brand Essence for each park,
resort and water park were shared with the cast during Performance Excellence speeches given by Al Weiss that year. They were to be one or two word differentiators for the cast
to remember when describing products and services to WDW guests. Disney-MGM Studios did a second version of their pin in 1998 and changed the differentiator from Action to Show Business."
