This is the same as 3830 except that it is an Artist Proof (it has AP printed on the back). It features Donald Duck and one of his nephews on a yellow, rectangular shaped pin. "Wet Paint" across the center in red text. There is a paint brush flying in the air. Donald appears to be pointing to and chasing the younger duck who has spilled paint.
