This is the companion pin to pin 1840. It looks like the old Disney $5 bill with Goofy profiled. It is signed by Scrooge McDuck. Rumor has it that Disney got upset over the non-authorized copyright violation, confiscated half of the produced pins and is bringing legal action against the person/persons who had this pin produced.

 

Disney made their own version of this pin doing both the front and the back which is #2906
