This dangle pin features a Mickey Mouse hot air balloon with Mickey himself in the basket (gondola) which is the dangle portion of the pin.

 

One of three big balloon pins released in 2000. The pin measures 3 1/8" from the bottom of Mickey's basket to the top of the balloon and 1 7/8" from ear to ear.
