The pin says "Disney's Golden Anniversary of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" on the front, and the back is stamped © 1937 The Walt Disney Company.

 

Pin #22253 is similar, but the background behind Snow White is blue instead of pink and there are some other color variations.
