It is one of the pins that was given to Cast Member of Disneyland Park (former name: Disneyland Paris). Normally, every Cast Member of the park had to receive one from it. They have to carry it until July 5th, 2003. The pin features Tinker Bell sprinkling fairy dust on the parade name.
