Star Festival (Tanabata) pins released by Japan DS. There were six designs to purchase + one to win.
This pin features Mickey riding on the golden star and the pin fits perfectly with the Minnie pin #23509.
Customers drew their packet from the 'lucky draw' box without knowing what is inside. For the lucky few who got Minnie, inside there was a coupon to exchange for the Mickey pin that fits together with the Minnie pin.
Coating type pins, but very nicely done.
