This pin is a blue square. Words: 18th Anniversary. On the back, the pin is dated as April 15, 2001. It also says Tokyo Disneyland on the back. The number 18 has a pair of Mickey ears on top of it. The pin looks very similar to pin 5286, but this one is a square. This pin came with a watch. Limited Edition 1800 according to the back of the watch.
