This was a Walt Disney Imagineering exclusive button that was given to all Imagineers at the time of Disney's Animal Kingdom's opening in 1998. The text at the bottom reads Disney's Animal Kingdom April 22, 1998 Walt Disney Imagineering. It was not released to the public.
3" pin is green and says conservation station on it. It has an elephant, tiger, octopus, two butterflies, gorilla, a bird and two other animals on it.
