This is round lime green with a yellow-green inner circle features Mickey hugging a teddy bear and says "Walt Disney World "1991 Annual Teddy Bear Convention". The epoxy coating has yellowed with age.

 

On 16 Apr 2001, Disney auctioned off one of these pins (no longer in production) for $40.
