This button is very similar to pin #23457. A patriotic Mickey is saluting America on a backdrop of the American Flag. At the bottom of the button are the word "Mickey Salutes America" Disney Hand Worldwide Outreach. A Red, White and Blue USO insigna is in the bottom right corner.
The button was given to guests of both WDW and DLR on July 4, 2003.
