This pin shows Mickey Mouse in an multi color, artistic interpretation by Erik Robison.
The Art of Disney galleries at Walt Disney World created a line of products from art by Erik Robison (a former Imagineer from Disneyland).
This work, titled Standing Mickey and Dancing Mickey was sold as art posters, lithographs, mugs, T-shirts, magnets.
These prototype pins were designed and created to support the line of products around Standing Mickey. They were never released to the public.
Approximately two dozen pins were created in the prototype phase and they were produced with varied production processes - some with epoxy, some without, some varied sizes.
The back of the pins are stamped with "Erik Robison", (c) Disney and the country of origin.
