It comes on a card which reads, "Fantasia Ice Cream A "New" Classic". This pin is one of four pins available to get when you purchase ice cream at DLR. This specific pin can be found at Disney's PCH Grill and Carnation Café. These are limited to 2500 of each pin and 10,000 completer cards. They were available from Mid July through Labor Day, 2003.
