This is a very cute pin. It is given to Cast members who where selected to participate as Coordinators for the 2003 United Way Fundraising Campaign. You had to be registered and attend the 2003 United Way Coordinators meeting held at Walt Disney World.
This pin is oval with a pin-on-pin of Tinker Bell. It features the United way logo of the hand and a person standing on the hand. To the right of the hand is the following: 2003 and below it is: United Way Coordinator. The background of the pin is black with silver lettering. (even though the picture looks like gold) The pin has a full color Tinker Bell bending over to the left with her wand almost touching the person standing in the hand.
The back is silver and the letters are raised. On the back of the pin is the following:
