Front Description
In 2000, this pin was given to whomever reserved the Grand Plan, for a minimum of three days, at one of three Disney resorts. The cost of this royal treatment plan varies depending on where you stay in the resort but is not less than $1000.00 dollars per person, per day. The plan includes all the bells, whistles & flashing lights. Disney assigns a cast member to you. It measures 1 1/2" wide by 1 7/16" tall.
Pin is 3D and has Mickey with his eyes closed in joy. Pin was presented in a white box with a special, black box inside with two doors that are held closed with a snap.
The Grand Plan's name has been changed to the Platinum Plan and has been expanded, from the original three, to eleven resorts. The only things the plan doesn't cover are: Alcoholic beverages, specialty drinks and some bottled drinks; Some outdoor food carts; In-room mini-bars; Snacks & beverages from recreation rental counters; Photo Imaging and Merchandise; Souvenir or refillable drink mugs; Glow cubes. Everything else is included in the plan.
