This pin released in Disneyland September 2000, it is of the fab 3 sitting, it shows Mickey Mouse covering his eyes [see no evil] Goofy covering his ears [hear no evil] and Donald covering his mouth [speak no evil]

 

It was also released at Tokyo Disneyland in April 2001. Limited release of about 2000.
