This is a boxed pin set from the 2003 999 Happy Haunts Ball in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This is the second such event celebrating The Haunted Mansion.
The red wood box is approximately 9 inches long, 4 inches deep, and 2 inches tall. The top is engraved with a stylized HM. The bottom of the box is engraved with:
