Mickey Mouse as a jockey leading his tired horse with a winner's wreath as Minnie rushes to congratulate him. This is a regular pin back with a special backer card. This image is a reproduction of a panel from the Mickey Mouse daily comic strip. It was published in 1933, but it is from a storyline entitled "Mickey Mouse and His Horse Tanglefoot". That would be Tanglefoot there on the right. The art is by the legendary Floyd Gottfredson who worked on the strip from 1930 to 1975.

Some of these pins do not have the lettering on them. Perhaps wear, perhaps the paint was never applied.
