He is dressed in a white sailor uniform. He has a surprised look on his face. To his left is an open blue porthole of a ship; inside that porthole is the yellow, blue and black TOON Disney CHANNEL logo.

 

The pin's backstamp is very unusual. "TM & © DISNEY, China."
