Made to commemorate the 999 Happy Haunts event at the Haunted Mansion in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World this 1 1/2 inch tall pin has a top hat and hitchhiking hand both of which glow in the dark. Trimmed in dark purple with a yellow ribbon which has "999 Happy Haunts Ball". Made of Black metal.
