The back of the pin reads "(c)1987 DISNEY/AMBLIN - Made in Hong Kong"
It seems to me that this pin looks a lot like Pin 23846: Light up Jessica with microphone (although the picture on pin 23846 is not very big)
The major difference with #23846 is that the pin featured here is not a light up pin.... I first thought it was a light up pin changed into a regular pin but the back of the pin is complete with no holes for any LED... I guess this must be another pin
