The back of the pin reads " (c) 1987 DISNEY / AMBLIN"
It seems to me that this pin looks a lot like Pin 23845: Light up Jessica with Roger and Benny (although the picture on pin 23845 is not very big)
The major difference with #23845 is that the pin featured here is not a light up pin.... I first thought it was a light up pin changed into a regular pin but the back of the pin is complete with no holes for any LED... I guess this must be another completely different pin
