Ursula is sandwiched between the eels Flotsam and Jetsam from The Little Mermaid. Ursula holds King Triton's trident and is wearing his crown.
The pin is the second pin in the "Fantasy Frame" series, as Flotsam and Jetsom are "framing" the image of Ursula.
