This was a set of Cinderella Home Video Pins released in Europe around the 1990's to promote the release of Cinderella.

 

Backstamped (C)Disney Taiwan. The set came in a plastic case, black bottom with a clear top.

 

There were many other characters released around the same time to promote their movie's release. These pins are extremely hard to find now, especially in the US.
