This framed print & pin set was included as part of the summer 2003 Fairy Tale Vacation package (which was only available for reservations for about a month). You received a voucher to pick up the print at certain shops around the resorts. It is a prerelease celebrating the new attraction Mickey's Philharmagic that will open at the WDW Magic Kingdom in October. Someone commented it can also be purchased from any "Art of Disney" Shop at WDW for $85.00.
The print is Donald in the Sorcerer's Apprentice hat tangled in a mass of notes. It comes framed with a pin of Mickey wearing a tuxedo and carrying a conductor's baton. A staff of music notes is coming from the baton. The pin reads "Mickey's Philharmagic" and "Magic Kingdom."
The back of the print has a sleeve with a certificate of authenticity. It reads:

It's possible they made enough to fill the amount of reservations made for this package, but since the offer was marked "while supplies last" I really have no idea. (And I don't want to peel the framework all apart to check for a number on the pin!)
