This is the button celebrating WDW's 32nd birthday. It was distributed to CMs property-wide with their paychecks on September 25, 2003.
It's a tall rectangle shape and is green with the words "Happy 32nd Birthday" on the top in yellow text with red outline and has Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Peter Pan, and the Tick-Tock Crock, standing in front of a big number 32.
Walt Disney World is on the bottom, in the same font.
