From The Little Mermaid. Ursula has great body language here. This is a spinner pin and Ursula's tentacles spin around. It goes on a card given out during a Pin Seminar for the event guests . This was also part of a two pin set on a card #26757.
This is an error pin as in the film she has only 6 tentacles not eight as depicted on this pin. The film's animators felt that her arms counted as two of the eight tentacles plus 6 tentacles are easier to keep track of than eight.
