This is the Haunted Mansion Holiday 13 Treats in 5 Frightful Weeks 2003 GHOUL'D CARD. When you purchase a pin in the series of 13, this card is stamped. Once you've purchased all 13 pins, the card can be "REDOOMED" for the 14th completer pin.
On 10/03/03 complete sets could be purchased, consisting of all 14 pins, a Ghoul'd Card, and a blackboard map.
Front of card has a background image of the Haunted Mansion and an image of Oogie Boogie. The card reads (among other things) "999 Dis-membered's but we're always looking for one more" and "Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas."
