This is a Happy Halloween Pin released at WDW. It features Pluto dressed as a cowboy sheriff, Mickey as a pirate, Donald as a bumble bee, and Goofy as a scarecrow. They are all trick-or-treating and have bags full of candy. Above them the pin reads Happy "Halloween 2003" and below them it reads "Walt Disney World". The jack-o-lantern faces all glow in the dark.
