Dumbo the elephant is from the 11-pin WDCS / WDCC Limited Edition framed set (#25118) commemorating the pins WDCC gave out with the membership pieces annually.

 

Dumbo, facing left, sits in a wooden half-barrel (light purple) of blue water, taking a bath. His little trunk is raised slightly. This is one of the few pins available showing Dumbo before his large ears appeared.

 

The pin measures just under 1 1/2" (3.7 cm) wide and just over 1 1/2" (3.9 cm) tall.
